Barco ImagePro-HD features:

-The ImagePRO HD is a powerful all-in-one signal processor that accepts a wide range of video input signals and processes them into a various signal formats to meet a number of applications. This device performs as a scan converter, switcher and transcoder in one base unit. This model features DVI and SDI inputs and outputs.
-Athena: Athena is Folsom’s proprietary high performance image processing technology.
-High Resolution Signals: This device processes high resolution signals such as RGBHV, RGBS, YUV, HDTV and RGB all the while accepting standard definition.
- Television Standard: NTSC, PAL and SECAM television standards are processed and/or converted.
- 3:2 Pulldown: Signals originating in film are processed using 3:2 pulldown for NTSC and 2:2 pulldown for PAL.
- Aspect Ratio: Aspect ratio conversions are possible using functions such as pan and zoom.
- Remote Capabilities: Control protocols such as RS-232/485 plus ethernet allow the user choices for remote processing control.

The Smart-AVI HDAV-TXS Component Video/Audio/RS-232/IR CAT5 Transmitter is a high-resolution HDTV and stereo audio extender component within SmartAVI’s HDControl product family geared specifically toward home theater owners and designers. If paired with the Component Video/Audio/RS-232/IR CAT5 Receiver, you can broadcast HD video and stereo audio signals over unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cabling. The HDX-Pro is the perfect solution for home theater systems in which the video source is a great distance from the TV.

The HDAV-TXS has been carefully designed to be compact and aesthetically pleasing for simple and professional home theater integration. While most home theater systems are relatively compact in component placement, the HDAV-TXS makes extending your video and audio signals up to 1,000 feet possible; this is useful in a design that calls for the home theater devices to be set up in a different location, away from the viewing area.
