Dual Channel High and Standard Definition MPEG 2 encoder with built-in QAM modulator and agile RF up-converter. Auto detects two channels of high definition video and PCM or Compressed Dolby audio via HDMI 1.3 (NO HDCP support). Encodes video to HD MPEG 2 Transport Stream, passes Dolby audio (AC3 or 5.1) or encodes PCM to Dolby AC3 per ATSC A52 or MPEG 1 Layer 2 audio, creates MPTS, modulates to QAM Annex A or B, and outputs RF/IF, ASI and GigE concurrently. Supports ATSC A69 PSIP and DVB-SI ETSI EN 300 468 service information (both PSIP and SI are static with optional dynamic PSIP/SI using DTVGuide), closed captioning per CEA 608 via composite video input with up-conversion to CEA 708 Digital captions internally and EAS. Provided two DC 5 Volt power jacks for external Component or SDI to HDMI converters.

The RD-60-01 integrated receiver decoder (IRD) supports MPEG 2 and MPEG 4 AVC/H.264 platforms with 420 and 422 high and standard definition decoding. The Adtec RD-60-01 decodes both MPEG 2 and MPEG 4 AVC/H.264 video with 4:2:0 and 4:2:2 chroma sampling. It boasts four pairs of stereo audio including MPEG 1 Layer 2, Dolby AC3/5.1, HE-AAC, AAC-LC audio decoding. Passthrough support includes PCM, DolbyE/2.0/5.1 and Linear Acoustic Stream Stacker. The RD-60 supports redundant AC or DC dual-power supplies, enhanced control and monitoring via SNMP and browser. Standard inputs include IP and ASI with optional dual DVBS/S2 tuner demodulator supporting Q/8PSK. An optional high end Newtec DVBS/S2 tuner demodulator supporting QPSK up to 32APSK is available.

The edje 4111 HD is a digital media player for AVC/H.264 and MPEG 2 high and standard definition file playback and IP stream decoding. Whatever your source, the Adtec Edje 4111 HD can automatically scale the content to match your output target up to 1080P60 for outstanding HD playback. The edje 4111 can easily be configured using the included web-based control application and front panel menu.
